Eat, Play, Hang

Instead of an AirBnB or hotel, stay at a private camp with us!

Option A: you go to the wedding, get a hotel or airbnb, eat at restaurants, enjoy the wedding, and then go home. Incredible, but has room for improvement.

Option B: stay at a private summer camp with only wedding family and friends, have all your meals catered, and play for days. Stay before, during, and after the wedding so all your logistics are easy as pie.

Hosted at Timbercrest Camp, just 15 minutes away from the wedding venue, this experience is all about reliving the fun and nostalgia of summer camp with rustic cabins, group meals, and classic camp activities.

    Classic camp fun. From field games and team challenges to crafts and campfire gatherings.

    Your very own bed in rustic cabins, cozy rooms with power, or even a tipi. No other lodging needed for the wedding.

    Just 10 minutes from downtown Red Lodge, the camp sits at the base of the Beartooth Mountains. With pines, peaks, and open meadows, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy Montana’s beauty and a weekend of fun.

Weekend at a Glance

  • Thursday (8/21)

    Camp opens at 3pm Get settled in, enjoy the welcome dinner in the lodge, play games, and eat s'mores.

    Dinner included.

  • Friday (8/22)

    Full camp day! Relive your favorite camp memories with lawn games, archery, and classic camp games.

    Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included!

  • Saturday (8/23)

    Camp by day, wedding by night! The day is yours before the wedding. Go for a hike, do some yoga, explore the beartooth pass etc. before dancing the night away.

    Breakfast and Lunch included! Dinner at the wedding (wedding is seperate from camp)

  • Sunday (8/24)

    Roll out of bed to a full breakfast and people as hungover as you. Check out is at 12pm.

Eat, drink, be merry

Camp is all-inclusive with meals cooked on-site by a private chef from a delicious bistro in Red Lodge. We'll also have a stocked snack area, full coolers of adult beverages, and batch cocktails.
